Hello,
Would you please send me a link or the text of the recent study in Neurology about brain shrinkage and vitamin B12? I’ve read so many comments about this study on various webpages and forums. I would really like to read the actual study.
Do you know if the groups were actually divided into a meat eating group and non-meat eating (vegan) group? Of course, the vegans hotly deny that their brains might be shrinking. I suspect that their brains are shrinking. They all seem so extreme about their diets and ready to attack on a hair trigger. I like nice, intelligent people with good manners. And I like nitrate free bacon … well, I love bacon.
Is it that to get the actual study, I would have to subscribe to the journal Neurology? If that’s the case, please write anyway and let me know.

This is a certainly a convincing article! I suspect that I currently get enough B12 in my diet, but I am going to take note of some foods that are rich in B12 and make a conscious effort to incorporate them into my diet. As Anna Vogiatzoglou said in the quote you used.. this is one thing that we certainly can change quite easily.
